Alexandra Flynn is a Senior Corporate Management and Policy Consultant in the City Manager’s Office at the City of Toronto. She specializes in strategic policy and intergovernmental relations, with a focus on intergovernmental issues. She is also a doctoral candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School writing on urban governance. Alexandra has received numerous awards and honours, including the Concordia Medal, Osgoode Hall’s Minkler Prize, and New York Legal Aid Society awards for pro bono service. She has published a number of articles related to property and tax law. She has volunteered extensively for urban-based policy and law organizations.
